Registration and Abstract Deadlines:

Hotel Registration is due by June 1, 2008.

Meeting Registration is due by June 1, 2008.

Hotel Registration

Please use this Hotel Registration form. The form is in PDF format and requires that you have a PDF viewer on your computer. (A free PDF viewer can be downloaded from here.) The completed Hotel Registration Form should be sent to Holly Whiteside (please see form for Fax# and mailing address).

Room rates include all taxes. A 5 night package includes 5 buffet breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners, AND Friday Night Gala Dinner (red & white wine and beer with evening meals included) over the conference dates 18th September - 23rd September, 2008. The 5 night package also includes round trip transportation between the hotel and the airport. Cost of additional nights does NOT include meals.

Meeting Registration

The Meeting Registration fee is $375 (US$). This covers all meeting costs, as well as a one-day excursion, a copy of the published proceedings volume and lunch/Buddha shrine visit before the meeting. Online Abstract Submission

This year we will be accepting online abstracts only for those who are registered. If you have completed the Meeting Registration Form and sent it to Holly Whiteside, please continue on to the the Online Abstract Submission page.

Scientists and trainees in vision science may register and attend without presenting.

The program will be organized soon after the abstract submission deadline, and all participants will be notified whether their presentations will be from the platform or as a poster by July 1, 2008.
